Property was Beautiful. Room clean / restaurants on-site good food. Activities around resort family friendly and quite a few activities for little ones.. will return..

Unsafe, if planning a trip for your family or are worried about unexpected charges to your account. We walked into our room only to find housekeeping sitting in the chair on her phone and when asked what she was doing, she said she wanted to let us know that they did not have any towels. We had over $800 charged on our account On one day by man who overheard our room number and staff did not care to check . Security at the hotel is sporadic at best leaving hotel guests Feeling extremely unsafe, especially if you have children. There is a lot of distractions that may draw someone into wanting to stay here, but under the surface, it is a horribly unsafe place mentioned by staff. Apparently many people walk into the pool area and lure people to the parking lot. This was not a very pleasant thing to hear on our first day at the pool.

Website says kid friendly but definitely was not. My kids were given dirty looks throughout our stay, were approached by staff for no reason when I was 15 feet away. My kids only walked through the casino or sat in the hotel area and were still made to feel uncomfortable. Even at the pool a staff member was rude/ short and these are 2 well behaved kids. We were in town for a concert and since there is so many kid kid friendly things to do very close we thought we'd stay here.Thought my husband could break away and gamble a bit but it was not worth spending our money to feel uncomfortable. Staff was very cold and rude in general. If you want to keep the hard ass casino attitude then don't attach a "resort." The only staff that was friendly were valet and property shutle drivers.

Beware, there are no blackout blinds, only shutters. If you're a light sleeper you need to bring your own eye mask. Otherwise, the resort is great. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There's adult entertainment in terms of the casino and live music. Don't miss the Ocean Trails restaurant! Get the pan roast, it's delicious!!

Good condition, great food. My family very happy. We are coming with a baby, and that maybe not to great for that hotel but overall we are very happy with everything we got. Definitely thinking to coming back in advance.

We stayed in an executive king room with balcony. The room was very nice, but all rooms on the south end with a balcony are subject to the ventilation vents for the resteraunts. So it’s loud and smelly, and I’m not kidding. You won’t spend time on the balcony. Would we stay here again yes but only the north end.

The hotel was very clean and nice rooms. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The cafe is surprisingly good compared to other casinos. The Mexican restaurant was meh (but I’m from Texas, so my expectations are pretty high.) Casino was very clean and had live music every night. Also had a Native American culture performance that was pretty neat for the the whole family. We would absolutely stay here again. Golf course looked like it was in great shape, next time I am definitely picking up a golf round there.

Great clean resort but every time one needs to walk through casino to go to your room. Did not feel it was kids friendly. Scottsdale is about 5 mile away. If you are visiting area for sightseeing suggest staying at Scottsdale area. Resort Otherise is very clean. Did not eat at resort ..seemed pricy. 25$/ day resort fees includes parking.
