Absolutely disgusting! We walked into the hotel building the carpet was sticky, it smelled dirty in the halls. Once we got to the room, the couch had a huge stain on both cushions and the arm rests. We were not going to sleep in that room with 3 children. We immediately went right back to the front desk, got our money back and booked a room at Hilton Garden Inns.

I will point out the nice stuff first- quiet area, lots of nearby/walking distance stores. I probably won’t stay here again. I have 3 kids (13-5 years old) and they know how many people are checking in yet they don’t try to give us extra towels to use! Ladies at the front can be rude. They have a sign to the swim pool that reads “max people= 10” but both days it exceeded the limit. The office doesn’t try to enforce this and the pool is right outside the lobby. Room was too small for us. Beds are double size not queen. Housekeeping did a horrible job! Dirty dishes in the cabinet- so disgusting. Broken closet door. Drawers in bedroom are dirty. Floor between stove and counter is disgustingly dirty. Carpet looked like it was never vacuumed. Enough! I’m not staying here anymore. This place gives Sonesta a bad name!!! And I love staying at Sonesta.
