SpringHill Suites Phoenix Airport/Tempe

We received a warm welcome upon check in. Friendly staff and clean environment. Kid friendly, which is a plus when traveling with young children.

This is my family’s third time staying here and we will continue staying here. Our kids call it their second home because everyone is so welcoming.

We will definitely be back to stay here. Rooms were very clean and super spacious for our family. Check in and check out were very easy and fast! There is not one thing we didn't like about our stay. Breakfast was a Plus as well!

This hotel worked well for my family the night before flying out of PHX sky harbor airport. However, I booked it because it has 9/10 on Expedia. Based on the age of the hotel and how dated it is, I would expect a 7/10 or 8/10.

FOH Ali is approachable and kind. Facility is great for family.

Clean, great pool, spacious room with plenty of room for kids to sleep. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff.

Hotel was pretty standard. Rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views. The room was not serviced whilst I was there. I didn't like the fact that it was a construction zone, extensive renovations with empty pool and spa. Flooring pulled up in foyer with areas barricaded off. The smell of glues and solvents in the air. The elevator was not working half the time and the fire brigade called more than once to rescue people stuck in the lift Had to carry heavy luggage down from 4th floor when I checked out. The day after I checked out the water was going to be turned off for part of the day. People screaming about their kid(s) trapped in elevator. I'm sure this would be an excellent place under normal conditions but unfortunately it was a terrible stay for me. I certainly didn't notice the very fine lines struck through "pool" and "spa" on the WOTIF booking page and suggest they remove the words completely. Nor was I warned about the effect of renovations when I checked in. In fact when I stayed I think it would have been better to shut the property completely until it was habitable

Quick check in.. Spacious clean rooms,beds are very comfortable. Pool was not heated but enjoyed the whirlpool jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was great. And free coffee and hot chocolate was an excellent detail. I would stay there again and I would recommend to friends and family.

Did not have a showe/tub combo as advertised and none available after booking specifically for a tub except a king room which would not accommodate my family. Could not get either tv to work even when pushing on/off on tvs themselves. Some of the lights also were not working in room as well as light switch when walking in.
