Staff was really nice very helpful and it was convenient for me and my kids and my pet around. Good areas to shop eat and dine.

Very bad experience, they didn't respect our reservation that we made with sufficient time from our side, after 7 hours driving, the lady from the front desk just tell us that no rooms available, that we need to look in another hotel. Totally unaccepted the way this person was talking to us. Only one person from maintenance really understood our frustration and he know what a real customer service is. He help us with a temporary room. Then finally we get a room but the doors was not working and remains always open, nobody help us with that situation, and of course no one accept any responsibility if any lost, and we felt very insecure. A lot of noise in the morning since they were working on the building. Is the first time that this happens to me and my family.

The property was ok. The rooms were good. The pool was good. It was just bad timing for us. We didn't have our own kids with us this this time but there were little league baseball tournaments going on so there were a lot of kids around. They took over the hot tub at night. There was construction on the motel going on right outside our room that started early in the morning and there was construction on the road right outside that went on all night.

I stayed at this hotel the night of Thursday, October 26, 2023 and my experience was horrible and awful. I don’t recommend this hotel. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Walls are super thin and you can hear noises coming from everywhere. The Air Conditioner was loud at night. That day I was extremely tired as I had to be at the airport at 3:30am and when I got to the hotel around 4pm, I just wanted a warm shower and go to sleep as I need to be up at 6am the next morning. Around 9:00pm that night I was woken up by people slamming doors and a party happening above me, loud music, kids screaming and running around, I could hear everyone’s foot steps and so on. Finally around 11:30pm I called front desk and the lady wasn’t hopefully. She basically told me she couldn’t do anything about it and I had to put up with it. After 30 mins laying in bed trying to go back to sleep, I walked to front desk and told the lady at the front desk that it wasn’t fair that I paid so much money for a room to sleep but I couldn’t because of the noise. I told her I’ve bee up since 3am and all I wanted was sleep and her reply was “I’ve been up earlier too”. I told her I had to be up at 6am for work and she just didn’t care. She asked one of the workers to double check on the noise like if I was lying. So a man went to check and came back saying “yup it’s super loud upstairs and music is loud”. Finally after 15 mins of trying to prove my point she went upstairs and said something.

From the moment we checked, the staff was rude. We made a reservation for 2 rooms, but still had to pay 2 different deposits. The walls were very thin, not ideal for family with kids. Also is says breakfast included, but it is not, another separate fee.

Hallway and rooms smells alot of weed not safe to leave 13 years old kids at room for 10min

I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a microwave available, I traveled with children. Ice machines were all broken and could only get ice at the bar during business hours. Pool was dirty, always full of fallen leaves. I personally will not stay at this location again

Need a makeover, remove the carpet from the rooms. The shuttle bus was not available because it was out it service and there were no replacements to take people to the airport. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We stayed one night as we had an early flight the following morning. The beds are comfortable. The room fit our needs.We were happy there is an on-site restaurant as there's not much in walking distance. The airport shuttle is convenient. I was hoping there would be coffee available in the morning. There wasn't. It was a minor inconvenience. Overall, our family had a positive experience.
