Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix Tempe/Airport

High recommend. Check-in was easy, staff is friendly, room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5.

We stayed in a family suite to fit my family of five (needed a room for the night because our Westjet flight to Canada was cancelled due to a strike). The room has 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed. Breakfast included. Clean modern room and facilities, friendly service. Free airport shuttle is also available. PHX is about 9 minutes away.

From the moment we got off of the plane, they were so accommodating and friendly! We had an early arrival at 8 am. The shuttle came to pick us up from the airport and when we arrived they were able to check us in right away. This was a huge relief as we had 3 kids and many bags of luggage with us. The breakfast buffet was very, very good! They worked so hard to keep it well stocked. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved that there was a little living area with its own tv. The pool was big enough for our family to really enjoy starting our vacation. The only downside was that there was not a lot of walkable dining options close. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

I really had high hopes and expectations for staying here but it’s been a nightmare & I am very disappointed. I reserved a 3 night stay to spend time with family over the Christmas break, and I’m the primary caregiver for both of my parents. We just needed to unwind, relax, and just enjoy what possibly could be our last Christmas with both parents, but everyday the hotel personnel was knocking on our door asking if we were checking out. I have never experienced this at any hotel before. I took my parents out for a visit with family and returned to our room and the electronic key did not work, two days in a row we endured this & my parents were stressed out. My parents are in the early stages of dementia so this was very traumatic for them and I was stressed because of that. I would NOT recommend this hotel or the front desk staff for anything, I will never book another stay at UNfairfield.

We really enjoyed are stay the room was comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool.

Clean and relatively comfortable. The only complaint i really have is the breakfast. I asked the evening shift if i should go early because things run out and was told it's constantly restocked. However when i arrived at 945am there was barely anything left. I saw two guests with their family look and leave and someone else complain. I did manage to grab a little something but it was kinda gross and i only ate it because i was hungry.

The hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. There were malls, restaurants and other attractions close by which made it easy to get around since we’re traveling with kids. The hotel was very clean and kept up nicely. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We will definitely return for future stays.

Very spacious rooms, good complimentary breakfast, outdoor pool for the kids, free parking, and free shuttle to the airport all make this a great property! We would definitely stay here again :)

Great place with a large suite and two TVs—good for families and close to the ASU campus and Phoenix airport!
