I have stayed at two other Graduate locations and like those staff was wonderful and out going and the vibe was fun and relaxed. However, this is an older property that appears to have been re-fabbed to become a Graduate. I expected a lot and I found pealing paint and wall paper throughout the facility. It was still a great time, and was very child friendly for my little. But was a little less put together than I am used to with this brand.

Conveniently located right across the street from campus -free parking - clean and comfortable for a one night stay . This is an older property with a fun aesthetic remodel. If we were tourists , we may have utilized the bicycles or scooters but we checked in at night for quick visit to celebrate a birthday downtown with our college kids. Only issue we encountered was the shower water pressure was very very low and limited hot water . No in room coffee in the morning and the hot tub near pool was not hot - other than that it’s a cute clean house budget friendly place for a quick Tempe visit .
