The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They kids enjoyed the pool and the property was beautiful. The breakfast was really good and the staff was outstanding. I was very pleased to have stayed her with my family. If I am ever in Phoenix again, it will definitely be a property I will stay at again.

The hotel itself was comfortable, very nice & clean. It was my second time staying there. Me & my family enjoyed the wonderful breakfast too. But the hotel staff must have been either tired or undertrained because their customer service was terrible. Each time I called the front desk, it was a different person answering & my requests were never fulfilled. And when I called back to follow up, it was a different person each time & they knew nothing about my requests. I eventually flagged down one of the workers passing by who went out of his way to help me. Otherwise, the front desk assistance felt so impersonal & disappointing.

Location of the hotel was convenient for our purpose Staff in the breakfast area was very helpful! Swimming pool in-between the buildings is convenient; however screaming kids without any supervision did not allow me do do any work in the room behind closed door! Not enough staff in the bar area - waiters and cleanness was below standard of Hilton hotels!

Always enjoyable here! Took my entire family, first night was a little busy at the pool area, but next AM all the traffic was gone and we were able to enjoy some family time in the water. Breakfast is amazing and staff is always kind!

Big room's and had a pool for the kids . The grandchildren thought thr place was so nice and it had ots own living room.

Everything was good. I was surprised to be charged $10 a night for parking. I rented 4 suites last year in June for a family reunion and there was no fee. But besides that it was great. I called and requested a room close to the pool for my grandkids, my room was almost in front of the gate. I was very happy.

Check in was given the wrong key and had to walk back, air conditioning was not working in room as it wouldn’t cool, food amenities were not good (arguably non-existent), breakfast staff was rude by just short of yelling at a lady & her kids to leave the restaurant so they could clean, just a bad hotel experience overall… won’t be returning to that property.

The room temperature never dropped below 79. Too hot to be able to get a good night sleep. It was in the 100s so it was disappointing. My family didn't like that we couldn't be comfortable.

My familyAnd I stayed at the Embassy and we were so pleased with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff and the environment the workers they were very helpful especially during this time with Covid with what we needed to use a lot of safety measures especially in the morning when I came to breakfast they were very accommodating and I will be back when Im visiting in town
