Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Tempe

Always love this Drury inn and we have stayed here numerous times. my only issue was this time nobody let us know the pool was closed until after it was too late for me to cancel my reservation. I had two bored grandkids stuck in the hotel room. They offered to let us drive 20 mi across town and go to one of the other pools. very inconvenient. if I would have known that I would have booked at one of those other hotels in the first place.

This is our Go to hotel for our family staycations! Super nice staff! Highly recommend! My kids love staying here!! Great indoor/ outdoor pool! Free breakfast/Dinner and popcorn! Plus the free adult beverages for social hour!

Great and friendly staff. The kids loves the indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and us adults loved the adult beverage options

The property itself is great. Clean and quiet. I stay here quite a bit but after today I will be staying at a different location due to one staff member Jeff the manager. He is rude and lacks customer service. Previously during a stay we had an issue with the reservation dates and he refused to help resolve it. So,my family and I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour while a front desk worker tried their best to resolve the issue. And now today, this same manager Jeff, was extremely rude when I attempted to use my drink ticket. In all the times I've stayed I've never been carded for ID not even when Jeff has been the one to serve me. He flat out refused to serve me my one drink. And mind you I am 43 yrs old. No way I look under 21. This now, two times of me being mistreated by the same person. I will not be staying here any longer. But the property is great just the customer service is not the best.

It was a good family place.

Quick, easy check-in. Staff was friendly. Room was dated, but clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool.

It was a really nice hotel, the staff was nice and had no issues, the kids liked the indoor/outdoor pool, the pool was a little cold. I really like the complimentary meals. Clean, and the bed were comfortable, i recommend the stay and will probably stay again

I couldn’t say one bad thing about our stay! Place was super clean and nothing was broke or outdated in the room. The area the hotel is in felt extremely safe and was clean as well. I read somewhere about paying for parking but we did not have to. The breakfast and dinner that is provided is so good and even my picky eater kids enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again.
