My husband and I enjoyed staying here with our 2 children (1 & 2 yo). We felt safe and it was a good environment for our kids.

A little hard to find but it has many dining options within walking distance. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful. Would recommend for families, business or friends.

My family and I stay here occasionally for sports events and weve never had any complaints. It's always clean and the service is excellent. The location is great. There are lots of food choices close by and stores.

The room we booked through Expedia and paid for ahead of time wasnt available. Staff made sure we got a roll away bed to compensate. The room's TV wasn't working to allow us to watch any channels. Two different remotes, still not working. It seems little, but that's huge when you have kids. No maintenance staff available to help. That's not customer service.

We love this Sonesta! The place is clean and updated. Customer service was great! I called to see if we can check in early because we had an emergency that required us to check in early and they accommodated my family. We will certainly stay here again! The rooms were clean and spacious for us.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We stayed here with a whole team and they went out of their way to make sure breakfast was available for us. They have an awesome outdoor area to let the kids play and hang out. Extended late checkout was also an option. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants and they had plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was great, amazing customer service. Quick and easy check in. Convenient for dining, shopping and great location. This was our family's first time in Chandler. We will definitely come again.

The front desk person at night when I checked in was very helpful, nice, kind and professional. I was going thru a personal issue and he made checking in so much easier and seamless while making me and my kids feel safe and at home. Just for that alone I would stay here again. I’m not sure what his name is but if he sees this review he’ll know. (Thx honeybun)
