Checkin in the lobby was so hot and uncomfortable Ac was out then went to room remote didn’t work tried to take shower tub clogged gas water in it standing was broken wouldn’t drain also reported to front desk no one came to fix we had to leave the hotel not able to shower for my family we waited to get fix nothing

I was extending my stay I told the manager this . I went to run a few errands and called at 12:00 pm to state I would be on my way back to the hotel he advised all he needed was credit card and I said it was already on file and that I just needed to unlock it and he said no problem and no need to come back all I would need to do is sign a paper. An hr later while at lunch with family we flew into town to see I get 3 aggressive calls about payment I promptly called back and apologized I thought it was booked under my credit card which I had unlocked to process the payment he stated the card on file and I apologized and said I unlocked the wrong card. He processed the payment on the correct card and I went about my day. When I got to the hotel I was advised that the GM stated I couldn't extend my stay. This was completely ridiculous as there was a clear miscommunication.

My stay was great. We just find out dirty the couch where my kid was going to sleep. I know the personal cleaning service has a lot of work to do. Just wanted to let them know to pay a little bit more attention on the couches and vacuuming them when they remove the cushions. Thank you so much for your work.

The personnel was very friendly, and they entertained the kids during breakfast. The room was clean and tidy.

Property could use some sprucing up, noticed wall scuffing, tub had some loss of anti skid material, BR folding doors stuck, etc.. all minor isurs but noted

I would say the room was pretty clean - I give it a B grade. The pool was freezing cold which was disappointing. Breakfast was not great. IF you have small kids I would look into other hotels in the area.

We chose La Qunita because they had a suite option for our family. We usually stay at Drury but they did not have a suite available. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a clean, quiet, and very well serviced hotel. The hot tub was fantastic, staff were very helpful, and amenities were always stocked. We will be back at this hotel because it was finally a cheaper option that did not lack in quality.

The room’s floor plan was great. The floors were dirty for little kids to walk/crawl on. The registration staff were friendly (especially Chuck), but service staff were not as helpful.

Excellent service. Chuck Linn provided amazing service to my family. Room was completely excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Very noisy! Mother and two young children running up and down the hallway making noises at 2:00 a.m. and started again at 6:30 a.m. No one from the hotel took any action to make them stop this rude behavior that kept me up all night! Also, you can hear the flushing noise whenever someone flushed their toilet.
