The personnel was very friendly, and they entertained the kids during breakfast. The room was clean and tidy.

I would say the room was pretty clean - I give it a B grade. The pool was freezing cold which was disappointing. Breakfast was not great. IF you have small kids I would look into other hotels in the area.

We chose La Qunita because they had a suite option for our family. We usually stay at Drury but they did not have a suite available. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a clean, quiet, and very well serviced hotel. The hot tub was fantastic, staff were very helpful, and amenities were always stocked. We will be back at this hotel because it was finally a cheaper option that did not lack in quality.

The room’s floor plan was great. The floors were dirty for little kids to walk/crawl on. The registration staff were friendly (especially Chuck), but service staff were not as helpful.

Very noisy! Mother and two young children running up and down the hallway making noises at 2:00 a.m. and started again at 6:30 a.m. No one from the hotel took any action to make them stop this rude behavior that kept me up all night! Also, you can hear the flushing noise whenever someone flushed their toilet.

The hotel was convenient because it was not too far from the airport. Unfortunately the room was much to small for my family of 4 even though it said it slept 4. We had to go to Walmart to purchase a blow up mattress for one of my children because the pull out couch was only big enough for one. They also did not have enough towels or blankets in the room and we had to go ask for them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself is definitely old but seemed fairly clean. Overall it was okay especially because it was a busy weekend and didn’t spend much time there except to sleep.

The staff was very nice. We got in later than expected, but had no problem checking in. Unfortunately 30 min after getting there the fire alarms went off in whole building. This was around 230am. The alarms went off 5 more times randomly till around 9am. They disabled the system after that, but it was too late for their efforts. We were very unhappy and made the next leg of our journey very difficult. Also the A/C didnt work and go below 85 in the room. Tried changing 1 degree at time and giving it a minute or two each time to see if it would change and never did. Tried to change it to lowest possible setting and it did nothing. Was told by mgmt that it probably feoze the system even though nothing ever turned on. Mgmt did not offer any discount on room or comp room for all issues. Gave me a card for a free stay at that hotel onlyvwithin a year. Told him i was heading east and not planning on being here again and he said to give it to a friend or something. That pissed me off even more, but i just walked away and made sure all my friends and family never stay here ever.

We’ve stay here several times in the past and it was always fine. This time it was clear it was a transient hotel. People loitered around all night outside. The breakfast options were absolutely disgusting. Our room had dirty sticky floors and a moldy tub with a child sized toilet, dirty carpet and smelly sheets. We are not smokers or drinkers at all and the last night we came into our room exhausted from the day wanting to go to sleep and our room wreaked of marijuana smoke, not just a little bit but it was like we were in the room with the smokers. We went to bed and tried to ignore it. It wasn’t until about 3am that it cleared up. In the morning we woke up feeling sick with bad headaches. So ready to get out of there.
