The room was so small, bathtub was tiny, toilet was too short, felt like a childs seat.

The staff was great.The stay would have been better, but kids were running up and down the hall at late hours in the night and in the morning, interrupting our sleep. Our room was not cleaned when we got back, even when I asked a maid to do that since we were leaving for the day, but informed her we were retuning. We got back and our room was still unattended. The elevator felt like it was going to break down, so we just used the stairs...to the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, it was not worth what we paid for.

I LOVE how clean the room is. Also, the manager made sure we knew the closet door to our room because my father is disabled. The only thing I don’t like is they have no rooms with two beds for families that have a disabled person with them and need the ADA room. We had to stay in a regular room and can’t give my father a shower and it is hard to get him off the toilet.

The place was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were a bit small for a family with a lot of hockey gear, but still comfortable. I would stay here again, for sure.
