This was much more like an old motel than a nice hotel. The coffee in the lobby was good and someone came out and traded out the non-functioning remote for the tv. AC was noisy. A family member made the reservation and expected to pay for the stay, but we had to use our own credit card to pay for the room.

Overall the room was good for a family of three. Our only issue was that the air filter on the AC machine was in need of replacement. Other than that everything else was great. We especially liked that the hotel staff accommodated a two hour early check in.

The young man who helped me at check in was so kind and patient. I was very rattled about something not related to the hotel, and he was so nice about it!He is very good with prople. Give that kid a raise, lol!

This lodge provided my family and I exactly what we needed. A clean and comfortable, safe and family friendly environment close to restaurants and the Grand canyon. Our rooms were air-conditioned and clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all professional, lovely and helpful and we really loved the free coffee, tea and hot chocolate kitchen.

Minutes from the Grand Canyon gate. This is a very cozy hotel that was very clean and felt safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and we even saw a family of deer right across the street. Nice pool area and patio for family picnics.

The room is very comfortable after a long drive. My family likes this hotel a lot. I thought it was a motel but it was a motel on steroids. I recommend it highly.
