Great hotel we booked on the fly. Outside of the park and near several great restaurants in walking distance. Super quiet. I saw a lot of older people, not a lot of kids.

Older property but clean and well-maintained. Staff was very nice. Dog-friendly atmosphere much-appreciated. Had a suite which was great for family of adults needing extra space.

First time going to this hotel! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stayed. Will recommend to my friends and family if they planning to visit the Grand Canyon. Didn’t had breakfast available at the time but they did gave us a discount to go eat somewhere else if we wanted to.

Nice location and nice restaurant. Ambient noise from the restaurant and hot tub was a little loud. Also noise from kids on the floor above us at times was kind of loud. There were no channels on the TV. Other than that, beds were comfortable and room was a good size.

My family and I had a most wonderful day at the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel Everything is very conveniently located to the hotel. There are many dining options within walking distance, the rooms have been thoughtfully designed to have everything that you might need. But the thing that makes this hotel, truly exceptional is the genuine, warm and cared that the staff show to each and every guest. It is not often new, encountered this kind of wonderful experience. I am very happy to recommend this hotel to any family who is traveling to the Grand Canyon.

Rooms and bathrooms were quite dirty. Towels appeared over used with holes in them. Not enough soap and shampoo in the room for a family of four. Check-in staff wasn't friendly.

My family stayed here last night in one of their suites after a visit to the Grand Canyon and not only was it super convenient in location, it also had a nice restaurant and saloon as well as a pool/hot tub. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The AC was nice and cold and the staff were super sweet! We will definitely be staying here again next year!
