My husband and I visit Alabama once a year and this has been our best trip yet!! From check-in to check-out, everything was great!! The staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and spacious and the daily breakfast was delicious!! My only regrets are not having a chance to sit at the pool and not having time to visit the hotel restaurant. From this point on, we will stay here and will also try to convince our family to do the same!

The beds are super comfortable and the suites are very spacious. We stayed comfortably with 3 kids and 2 adults. 10/10! Will stay again when I come to Tuscaloosa!

We were not able to come after my child became very sick. We called the hotel to let them know and asked if we could just change our dates. I didn’t even ask for a refund, just to change weekends. Instead of talking to us the staff member repeatedly hung up on us and the would just put on hold. She even hung up on the hotels.com employee that was trying to help me out. Very unprofessional. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the rudest staff over ever experienced. Next time we come to Tuscaloosa we will be staying at another hotel.

Amazing hotel and perfect location across the street from the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater where we attended a concert. Front desk staff was very personable and engaging. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family
