Our stay was very nice. Rooms real clean and nice. The mattress was great (slept like a baby both nights). Only, not really complaint is when we first went in it did have a funny smell. Overall I will be staying here again when I go to see a Bama game. RTR!!!

We had a problem with the air conditioner & were promptly moved into a different, convenient room; much appreciated. Breakfast was nice; enough variety & hot foods were warmed, cold kept cold. Everything else was decent. It’s close to family, too, so we will return.

Stay was uneventful services is good clean yes was good. Condition of the room was good. I should say excellent for all of those. Had a good night sleep. The trip was to support my grandchildren and their mountain biking time trials the beginning of the mountain biking season here in Alabama. .

The walls were way too thin. We could not enjoy our stay because of the noisy kids next door…. Even at 1am.

The hotel staff were very accomodating to my family and needs during my stay for my fathers funeral. Even though the price hike during Alabama Football home games is the norm, i was able to secure an extra room at a decent rate. The rooms are very clean and spaciuos too. I'll have no problem staying here again when visiting my relatives in Aliceville whenever I return. True southern hospitality!

My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. And you get what you pay for. I’ve never had any issues with them until this trip. The room was okay but I can say from the call I made to inquire about the trip to check-in. The front desk person was not the most pleasant when if someone could be added to the room or if I could change it to a non-smoking room since the wrong one was picked. I’m not going to say it ruined it to where we won’t stay there again. But it will not be the first option.
