Everything was great today Neil the kids decided to go swimming. The pool was black and smelled of rotten fish. Which is sad because we are looking for a place to be our constant every year for gymnastic camp and until I saw the pool I thought we had found that.

Hotel was immaculate, easy access, well designed, and very comfortable. The only reason I did not give a five star rating for service was because young man who checked us in was unusually slow. He was friendly, but we were very tired and anxious to get to our rooms. My husband said breakfast was very good. The Wi-Fi was good as well. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Only complaint was the ice machine on our floor didn’t work and traveling with 3 kids and their water bottles was a bit inconvenient. Thanks to the desk clerk and manager for the quick response to the situation in parking lot with the creepy guy who was making a nuisance of himself by approaching us and wanting us to come over to his car to show us “something”. Clerk and manager took our concerns seriously when we reported it.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked two rooms for a weekend stay for my family. I could not have been more pleased with our experience. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. We loved the location, as it’s right on the outskirts of downtown Tuscaloosa. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as conveniently located near the interstate. It was also very quiet for being located downtown. The only drawback of our stay was the road construction right in front of the hotel on Jack Warner Parkway. I would suggest taking University Blvd to Greensboro Ave, then turning onto Jack Warner, for an easier time getting to the hotel entrance. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect Property for visiting parents and families of UofA students … great location, super clean property, nice and accommodating staff. Kathy at front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was an real nice bonus amenity… comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms … Only negative - a lot of road construction around hotel made driving a bit inconvenient. Other then that 2 thumbs up…Will definitely be back for a stay. Great value.

Property overall was in great shape. Breakfast was ok- I was thankful for the Chobani yogurt option. Our room was nice and spacious with two sinks in the bathroom! That was great for our family of 5. The beds were ok. The pullout bed was terrible and the parking lot lights shown through the curtains all night. Old school window AC that freezes the person lying next to it. The location is great. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the staff was pleasant!
