The first night, we had no hot water. We were told that Maint had been working on it, once it emptied the tanks of the cold water it would fill up, it never warmed up before 11pm. They have an indoor pool, but it wasn’t heated. My kids couldn’t stand it. Then on the last day, the only working elevator made such horrible noises I debated climbing 4 flights of stairs.

When we check in around 1am I felt very unsafe at this hotel. The fist issue I noticed was a man just lingering inside the hotel. He seemed to stay in the “ lounge area” all night. When we went down for breakfast at 8am the next morning he was still there. He didn’t appear to have a room for the night. This is very unsettling for a mom to be traveling with kids alone. The 2nd issue we had was our door key. We were first given a key and it didn’t work. We then had to keep going down to the front desk and back to our room 4 times before it was fixed.
