Great location, close to downtown and family activities

Clean and very comfortable for myself and my family. Will definitely stay again.

We LOVED this hotel! From the minute we walked in until we left we were treated like family. Everything was clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was good and we really enjoyed talking with Ms. Barbara our server. We will stay again if in the area and definitely spread the word that this is the place to stay.

First we got downgraded without being told we booked a room that sleeps 6 and got a room that only sleeps 4 and was told “this is a free upgrade” and nothing could be done for our two kids that didn’t have a place to sleep. Secondly the room was pretty dirty dirt all over the floor and beds spiders and cob webs all over the ceiling there’s also holes in the entire first floor ceiling which were just covered by small 3” wall protectors instead of actually being repaired. Thirdly Water in the shower ice cold would not warm up at all. Pros about staying beds were super comfortable after getting a change of sheets from the friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious! Getting a two star rating due to the change in rooms that was obviously a downgrade and being told that this was in fact an “upgrade”

It was very nicely located by the Space and Rocket Museum. Lots of great dining options around. Hotel itself was great/clean with very friendly staff. Also a great breakfast option which my kids enjoyed very much.

Upon check in we were told there were no more double bed rooms only 1 king size bed room. We are a family of 4. But the hotel staff brought in a roll away bed which ended up working fine for my daughter and my son was happy to sleep with us. It worked out ok and the e hotel staff was wonderful our entire stay.

Great experience! Room, breakfast, everything superb, but the best part was customer service. My car battery dies overnight, and the owner went above and beyond to help me and my family still enjoy our trip. Highly recommend this location because of the wonderful people there!

The staff was super friendly and engaged with my kids! The hotel is very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We love the HIE!!! It is setup perfect for young families and young professionals!

Great stay for the family and close to the rocket museum. Only issue was it was a busy weekend and they had trouble keeping the breakfast full but they were working hard. Very friendly staff. Definitely would stay again
