Paid up front on hotels.com for the weekend and once I checked in Marriott charged me again for the full amount of the stay, after complaining they said it was an error on their part didn’t correct it an immediately fixing it and releasing the funds. It is currently still pending in my account. Really upsetting that was almost $450 taken away for my family to spend on our trip. In top of that the hotel is way overpriced anyway for the condition of the hotel.

Great stay. The hotel was near the locations attended, near food and shopping. I wish breakfast was complimentary, this is why I selected the hotel but found once I got to the hotel that breakfast is $20 when you're some kind of marriott member (I'm a Bonvoy member and did not have the option of continental breakfast. The rooms were clean, beautiful view, great service and the hotel was quiet. My family and I enjoyed our relaxing stay.

All the people were very professional and took their time. The greeters at the door both days were wonderful to talk to. This is the customer service that has been fading from so many businesses. Thank you for a great night with my family.

We were so impressed with the staff at this hotel…from the front desk to the restaurant everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, parking was included, and our kids enjoyed the view of the space center.

Newly remodeled, very friendly staff. Beds are comfy and it's within walking distance to the Space and Rocket Center. It's a great option for families with kids attending space camp programs.
