Sleep Inn & Suites Huntsville near U.S. Space & Rocket Center

The hotel advertises that it has an indoor swimming pool, but it does not. I would never have booked here if I had known. Traveling with children, the pool is a must.

Overnight stay on way to Fl. Reserved a room with two queen beds. Ended up with one king sized bed and a small trundle bed that would accommodate a child but not an adult. We worked it out, but would have requested another room if we were staying longer.

A great spot to see all that Huntsville has to offer, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Had to stay an extra night with a sick child and they were able to juggle rooms to make that happen. Only issue was getting in and out of the parking lot with the crazy road design, but hardly the fault of the hotel.

We booked this hotel because of its good reviews, and it was Excellent! It was clean, quiet inside, comfortable, and had a place for recycling and a delicious breakfast! It was a great blessing for our family to stay here!

My family and I checked in about 8:00 P.M. and the checkin clerk was rude and had an attitude. We stayed 1 night.

Stayed with my family on iur way to the beach. Check in was super easy and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a hot breakfast included with the room and it was very tasty. They went above and beyond calling us to let me know my daughter had left her charger. Top knotch service!!! Will definitely stay once again.

We arrived and were given our room key. Upon entering the room there was a strong mold smell and we discovered mold on the bathroom ceiling. I called the from desk and she immediately gave us a different room. The second room smelled and looked ok so we settled in. As I was getting ready to get a shower, I heard water running in the bathroom. I thought my child had left the shower on so I went to turn it off. It was then I discovered water pouring from the ceiling into the tub from around the light that was installed over the tub. Alarmed, I called the front desk again only to find our phone didn't work. So, my husband went downstairs to explain the situation (with a short video he had taken of the water). The woman at the desk assured us she would check it out immediately. He came back to the room. After about 10-15 minutes we still had not heard from her. I went down to the desk and asked what was going on. She said, "Oh, I was just about to call you. The person in the room above you was just taking a bath." No offer to move us. No real concern shown for the situation at all. I asked for a refund and we packed up and drove the 3.5 hours home and got home around 1:30 am. We did receive a full refund thanks to Hotels.com who I called the next day and that is the only bright spot in this whole disaster.
