I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the service was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, creating a home-away-from-home feeling. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and it truly shows in the service they provide. The breakfast options offered plenty of variety and provided nourishing food, far surpassing the typical continental breakfasts at other establishments. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour from Monday to Thursday and were a bit disappointed that it wasn’t available on the weekends as well. The pool was so much fun! I loved the indoor/outdoor continuation and hot tub. The cabanas were a nice touch as well. The location was incredible! In a shopping/entertainment district so you never need to leave the area. Lots of restaurant options, a movie theater just steps outside of the hotel. Superb! Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

We couldn’t check in until almost 5 (check in is at 3pm). There were no trash bags in the trash cans. There was string from the previous occupants socks or something left in the bathroom ( at first we thought it was a bug, but at a closer look it was like string from a sock) . If you lift the mattress up there are napkins straw paper and a bottle cap along with a bunch of dirt under it. There was a group of children ages looked to be 11/12 running around being loud all night. I’ve never been able to hear as much noise from others in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed in less supposedly rated hotels that were cheaper with a lot better experience.

I thought was booking a room at a fresh and hip sort of place. Check in was fine and the young lady at the desk was nice. I walk in our suite on the 11th floor and smell onions…and something else. It was sparsely furnished with cheap furniture. The weirdest thing was the bathroom. It was huge, but there was nothing in there except a toilet, glass shower stall, and a cheap vanity. There was plenty of room for a huge bathtub, but it looked like a large hospital bathroom. The water temperature in the shower was either cold or boiling hot. And that’s where the other odor was coming from. It smelled like p**p. Nothing like that was visible, but the odor was significant. The toilet was loose. We were tired from travel, were just stopping in to drop our bags then out to see family, so we just closed the toilet lid, hoping that would help the situation. When we got back a few hours later, it still smelled like onions and p**p. At that point we were exhausted, so we went to bed and closed the door. The mattress was okay, but it was in this bed where the mattress was in a frame without box springs, so when I sat on the side of the bed, the frame was digging into my legs. We called the front desk to report problems. We were connected to a call center. They couldn’t tell us anything so my husband went downstairs to talk to them. They said they would send someone but we never saw anyone. We do not recommend this hotel at all. Zero stars.

The floor was being painted, our room was not clean. The floors were sticky. I cleaned them before I wanted my kids to walk on them. The towel was black. Front desk didn’t seem to be concerned about my concerns

The hotel needs a major remodel. The room we stayed at had a patched up hole , the shower ceiling had paint peeling. The couch was dirty ( stains all over the couch. The rug under the beds was dirty . We had a room with 2 beds and the bed closet to the window had a shoe print on the comforter and crumbs on the floor .After we got out the elevator and turned left to our room the halls feel so dark no type of windows. It just gave us a very creepy feeling. Even my kids didn’t like it. The only thing we can give a thumbs up is the customer service and the great location. The breakfast was ok. I did feel bad for the only guy working the breakfast area . It was on a Sunday and he was doing it all . Taking the food out , cleaning tables , etc .
