The pool with a slide was a gem for our family. Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff. We relaxed pleasantly and uninterrupted.

Property and staff were great. Happened to be there during a large baseball tournament weekend so the property was full of kids and ball players.

This place is a joke for service! I had a reservation for 2 months here for 2 nights for my family of 4 for 2 queen beds. They refused to honor that reservation offering me a roll away bed in a king room and to move me the next day into a room with 2 beds. They said since I booked through a 3rd pary / Expedia / that wasn't a guarantee of what was on Expedia's site although they had already been paid for it. Without any other choice, I took the room as we had traveled for 9 hours that day. The next morning I realized we only two towels because of the king room, and called the front desk for 2 more so we could shower. The morning manager told me there was no one in the hotel that could bring me towels and I could come get them at the front desk! I told him what I had been through at check in and he still refused to bring them. This is an impressive facility but the service is so poor, it outweighed the property. We immediately asked for a refund for our second night and left. I would NEVR go back! I've never stayed at Motel 6 but I bet they would bring you a towel.

The property is beautiful but we reserved a 2 Queen bed room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 16 year old kids) and were given a King bed room with a trundle bed. The explanation we received is they were overbooked. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Very disappointed that the night before our departure you canceled one of our two-night stay reservation because some basketball tournament people, according to you, wanted to extend their stay. We have being patrons for many years and that is not the kind of treatment we were expecting. Ruining our Memorial weekend, because at that point there was nowhere also to go. This brief vacation was supposed to be a surprise for our kids as end of the school gift. I think we are done with the Ross Bridge. Not anymore the kind of resort we used to love. Disappointing and I will make sure other people will know about our experience.
