This is the perfect place to stay for our family. Clean, quiet, plenty of space in the room, and yummy breakfast!

Loved this hotel and staff!! Any small issue we had was immediately fixed. I was dealing with major health issues, while also working, and I truly felt better at H2S than at home. My son didn't want to go. I do hope they are able to get the digital key is she resolved soon as well as the doors. However, I would pick this hotel over and above any others right there on the Eastern Shore. I stayed at a Fair..... A few months ago one exit up and it was HORRIBLE. Jan and her staff go over and above to get you anything you need. ***The only issue I had was parking, and that entire baseball teams/families used our pool as a party site, with up to 50 people in the pool at one time. Team members staying at LQ and BW came to H2 vs their hotel. My HFA son was very overwhelmed by that many people. This wasn't H2s fault, though. Also, the night staff worker is very unpleasant. "What do you need?" Was usually what I got. The weekend staff manager was excellent, though.

We chose this hotel for the extra room (family of 5). Everyone was super friendly, but they did not fix our problem. Our shower was barely luke warm and we were shivering trying to take our showers. The soap container in the bath was also empty. We told them everything the first night and asked to be moved if they couldn't fix it. Maintenance was supposed to come while we were attending a wedding. Nothing was fixed and we weren't moved. I appreciate that everyone was kind, but paying that much money and not having a nice shower stinks.

The room was a great size to accomdate our family of 5. Everything was good. The only issue was the bathroom sink and shower were not very clean.....there was hair in the shower and on the sink that we had to clean. Overall the stay was good and we would return.

Love it here . I stayed with my grandkids it’s a great family place . Our room was great and had a lot of room in it . Definitely staying here again.

The suite was great. We had lots of room for our kids to visit. They came for lunch so the kitchen and long counter was wonderful. The only thing that was mot comfortable was the couch.

Staff was great. Only down side was our AC didn’t cool the best for a town in South Alabama and the breakfast had almost nothing for someone trying to eat healthy. Waffles were a hit with the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Dark area. Hotel only has one set of elevators on the far west side making it inconvenient if you are coming and going or if you have people with disabilities or small children. We reserved 2 queen beds and received a king. My parents reserved a accessible room, but since they sold too many of those rooms they put my disabled mother on the TOP floor in a standard room. Beds are hard and never any hot coffee in lobby as advertised. It was bring your child to work night the evening we checked in. The only positive thing is my sister's room was very spacious. So if you need a room with lots of space ask for a room on the end!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed with my 3 kids for 3 nights. We didn’t have any problems. I will say, however, if you want quiet and not here the person above you walking, then this is not it. The hotel is very hollow than other hotels I stayed at. However, overall we enjoyed ourselves!

We can travel to Florida for family & have stayed here twice. It’s nice, new, clean, & modern.
