Room and the staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic probably one of the best we've had at a hotel. The mattress was a little hard for me, but my family said that it felt fine. The bathroom has the bottle shampoo and bodywash attached to the shower wall which we really liked.

The customer service that comes from this location is well above and beyond the barely there service that I have gotten used to over the past few years. I would really recommend staying here if you want to experience great customer service. And the hot breakfast is a great perk. For a family of four that is at least $50- $60 saved.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and well done. But, we were very disappointed with the property. It is badly in need of upgrades and total renovation. The elevators were horrible, very slow and noisy. At times we didn't think the elevator was going to make the trip and made us use the stairs. No where close to what we expect from Hilton properties. We love Hampton and try to stay at one every time, but this hotel is old and shows it. It was not worth what I had to pay for the executive suite where the air conditioners did not work properly and left my family hot. I will not stay here again! Not because of the staff, but because of the property!! Please upgrade this place!!

2nd year in a row staying here and will always return. We travel up for NYE to spend with friends and family. This hotel has the nicest staff and always super clean.

Best Hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. Location was perfect right off IH10. We picked a bay biew room and the biew was nice. Room was clean with comfy sheets. Hot breakfast and coffee was nice downstairs in the morning. They had everything we needed. Gas station located next door to top off before hitting the road the next day. My only complaint was the parking situation if you dont get there early enough. This is our new half way point to stop when we go see family. 5 stars

Great place for families and dogs. We stayed one night with our two kiddos and two dogs. Pet room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony. There is a $75 flat fee for pets- 2 pets max. It is $75 total for both pets.

My family and I enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend there. The only thing I feel that needs improvement are Mattresses. My mattress was hard n bumpy. Oh and add a medium roasted coffee at the station. Light is not a thumbs up for me. Other than that, it was a great stay. Id consider staying again.
