Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile Daphne/ E Shore

All the staff went the extra mile and we’re so friendly. I will ALWAYS stay at Fairfield in Daphne when visiting family.

Family get together and you are so convenient since the family lives not a mile Or so away. We have made it a trip we do every year. Thank you

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, over & over.... the room was super clean & the bed was crazy comfy we slept like babies! Wish all hotels were like this one beds and all!! Our only complaint is they need to put thier TV's up higher so you can lay in bed and watch it comfortably without cutting off your air way lol....

The staff. At this property went above and beyond just checking us in. We requested a outside electrical plug to charge our boat batteries. Pricilla called the maintenance man who showed us where it was, suggested where to park out boat trailer and followed up to make sure we had what we needed. Also met Shannon Harris, Director of Sales that inquired about the staff meeting our needs. This property has the best staff in the Marriott family!!

We showed up at 3:55. Check in time is at 4. We waited at least 15 minutes before someone arrived at the front desk. We get to our room. Noticed the phone does not work and the remote is broke. There were only two shower towls in the bathroom and linen for the pull out bed ( we stayed in a suite) the jacuzzi was “warm” but spa was down for maintenance. Basically felt I was sitting in a tub. After a 13 hour drive I was really looking forward to that. Was advertised FREE Netflix, there is not. They have the app but you have to long into your account to use. So it’s not FREE. Went downstairs grabbed an ice cream for my son, once got upstairs he opened it. It was melted so bad fell right off the stick. Went back down stairs and Told Rose who has been assisting us, I asked for another ice cream that this was melted and my sons throwing a fit. She asked “ why would he throw a fit over ice cream for”.. I explained because he’s 3 that’s what they do! She argued and checked the freezer thermostat saying it was on the correct temperature. I told her to check the ice creams, sure enough they were all melted. Do not stay here. The people who work here are lazy, unprofessional and clearly hate there job. Not sure if it was how they were raised or poor management. But if you are a mother and are bribing your kids, this is not the place for them. Rose needs to find a better job, better yet learn some manners if she is going to continue working in customer service.

booked the room day of due to a first time cross country road trip with family and we didn’t know how far we’d get before needing a room for the night. Read the reviews and it looked good for a quick one night stay to rest. The staff was friendly. Check was easy. Breakfast was simple but they did offer frozen gluten free muffins on request that you just warm in the available microwave which was great since my mom has an allergy and couldn’t eat any of the other bread available. Overall easy and safe stay no issues. Only complaint was the ac unit in the room was a little loud for me but I slept in my AirPods with noise cancellation so I was still able to sleep. The parking lot is well lit and our room had easy view of the car so I definitely liked that as well since I wasn’t familiar with the area.
