We were told upon arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance. Since i was traveling with children and had promised them a chance to swim, i ended up having to pay for water park tickets. The air conditioning in our room was putting out a high amount of moisture, leaving the bedding damp. It turns out that they rented the room knowing this. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll stay again but I'll call before booking to make sure the pool is operative.

It was aweful Went with 12 baseball boys and the parents! Each had a room. We also had family etc booked over 19 rooms in our group! The hotel was full of kids for a weekend baseball tournament. Not just our team! The staff was rude, the washer was broken, cleaning crews for the towel and room refresh didn’t show up a couple nights , the hotel would constantly call the cops on the kids playing football outside or sitting in the lobby… it was a complete disaster… the cops were called every night… they even would lie and tell the cops 6 people were fighting in the lobby to get the to show up So very disappointed. Please NOTE: i travel ALLOT

Why on earth would they put a family with 4 kids directly above another guest? Shouldn’t it be obvious that FOUR kids need to be on the bottom floor? The idiot parents let their mongrels run amok, jumping on and off the beds and thumping around. Finally I walked downstairs and the desk clerk contacted the parents. Although there was a torrential downpour with thunder and lightning, I had to park about a block away because there is an entire row reserved for premium members. The breakfast bar needs more fruit and lighter or healthier options than bread bread and more bread.

This was the first family trip I have been able to take my family of 5 on. I reserved this hotel through hotels.com and from the second we walked into this amazing facility we were treated as family and felt completely at home. The staff was great!!! Food was excellent!!! Location was perfect!!! Room was superb!!! Thank you to Best Western in Daphne for such an unforgettable experience!!!
