Comfort Inn & Suites Mobile near Eastern Shore Centre

We arrived at this hotel about 8:30 pm to seek refuge from a hurricane. We had 3 adults and an infant. We got checked in quickly, and made our way to our room. We opened the door and the ac was turned off. It was very humid, about 85*, and the carpet was soaking wet. But as we dug deeper we discovered dried throw up on the bed skirt beside the end table. I want to start off by saying the front desk staff and maintenance crew were quick to resolve the issue and gave us a new room immediately. I’ll admit the dried throw up on the bedskirt was hid well by the end table, so I can understand how it was missed, but with the floors still wet and the ac off, that room was not ready to be occupied. The new room was as expected. Clean, not humid but a crisp 71*, and comfortable. And honestly this hotel had some of the best tasting free breakfast we had ever had. Other than the first dirty room, the price was great and it suited our needs.

Other than kids running through the halls, playing on the elevator, lack of breakfast choices, and not getting fresh towels when we asked? It was okay. We had a lot of food options near and the room was spacious. The cable went out as soon as it rained, so we couldn't watch TV if we wanted to. The staff was friendly. It was between Mobile, Foley, Spanish Fort and Gulf Shores, so that was a plus.

Chose hotel for location near family we visited and price.

I stayed for 10 days while visiting friends,and family. The breakfast was very good and i liked that iced lemon water was always available in the lobby. The room was very comfortable. My biggest complaint is that the internet service was spotty at best. I was constantly losing service and having to log in again. Overall, it was a nice place to stay..
