Holiday Inn Express Atmore, an IHG Hotel

Such a great experience for myself and the family. We arrived in town earlier than expected and they were still able to accommodate us. Got a great room on the first floor close to everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The gym was small but still nice with all new and updated equipment. The pool was a little disappointing due to it being very murky and dirty but it didn't ruin our experience for the price paid. I would definitely stay here again.

The kids wanted to swim as it was almost 100 degrees outside, the pool was so green you couldn’t even see the bottom. Never had an issue with a Holiday Inn until this visit. Very disappointed.

We had great time staying there before so I know what to expect when we can back a Great customer service family environment and friendly on top of a good night rest with a great breakfast in the morning....

The staff including manager, front desk and cleaning people were all very unfriendly and rude. Every time we walked out of our room they would all just stare and not a one person who worked there ever said hello, good morning or thank you. The breakfast was sausage and biscuits EVERY SINGLE DAY. And when we went to breakfast we had to wait for all of the employees kids to get theirs first. There was one young girl with long brown hair and glasses who we think worked in housekeeping and she was the only one who EVER ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. But that was only once in 2 weeks of staying there. It took 20mins of running the water to great hot water in our shower and there was absolutely no water pressure. The hotel was ok but I’ve never run into a more unfriendly bunch of people working at a hotel in my life! NEVER WILL WE GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN! As a matter of fact we are moving to a different location because of the staff making our stay very uncomfortable.

Our expectations for this hotel were met by all means in such a professional manner and our needs were met instantly. Check in was earlier than expected and we were so Grateful for being able to check in much sooner. Everything was perfect!!!! Thanks for a great staff and we will recommend our stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family…

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was very comfortable after a long trip. Was very clean and pet friendly because our dachshund travels with us. Loved the lotion , shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap dispensers. The employees we so friendly and accommodating.I’d give this location 12 star rating. Will highly recommend to family and friends. Awesome hotel. And I’m a real customer not a paid or fake reviewer. Will stay again! Oh and food was great, several options on buffet. And fresh not dried out.

It was very comfortable the room above mines kids was up jumping from bed to bed

Very nice interior and had room for 6 guest. Traveling with 3-4 kids at a time makes it difficult to find accommodations at times.

The stay was wonderful.. I will be visiting the facility again. Also, I would recommend it to family and friends.

Came for pool, with kids. Last second trip. Hotel pool not functional. We requested refund. HI refused as reservation made via Expedia. Expedia punts to HI managers False advertising HI. What if room was full of garbage, is that Expedia problem???? HI is responsible for their show!!! And there were 4 customers behind us looking for rooms. Hotel sold out!!! So, refund us, rebook, everyone wins HI. Apparently not option!!! Oh well,
