Fairfield Inn & Suites Atmore

Check in begins @3pm, we arrive around 11 maybe 12 ish... Which was okay because we went across the street to the casino. room #216. bathroom door wouldn't close completely. refrigerator kept rocking. We noticed the support it was sitting on was dry rot. *Sunday morning we didn't request housekeeping, only clean towels and wash cloths. This was @ 9:30am. We were told that the towels were beginning was washed and would be placed in our room, once they were ready. 6pm still no towels, we had to go get them our selves from the front desk. Check out day- we loaded all luggage on a cot to pack up. As we walked pass the front desk, clerk asked ...are you all checking out? No we're packing up, then we'll eat breakfast before we check out. After breakfast we returned to the room, to do the usual. Check to be sure that we have everything and to use the bathroom. Well to our surprise housekeeping had already stripped the room. This was around 9:30-10:00 but check out isn't until 12pm and we hadn't checked out through the front desk.On the other hand...The area is very nice and pleasant. It's surrounded by a great variety of restaurants. Across the street for the casino. There is also a pond behind the hotel with a sidewalk around it (great view). Overall, we would stay again. It's a great spot for couples, family and/or business or pleasure trip. It's a 7/10 for us.

We have stayed here in the past but this may have been the worst experience we have had, we checked in and everything went smooth but after we unloaded everything got the kids settled in, we went to make the pull out couch and we didn't have any extra sheets or pillows, so I went down to the front desk and got some. After making that bed up, I went to put the kids in the shower and there wasn't a shower curtain, I called down to the front desk and she said she would see what she could do, after about 30 minutes I just bathed the kids with out the shower curtain and took a shower myself and just cleaned up the water on the floor that got out of the shower. The next morning I asked again and a house keeper came and put a shower curtain up for us.

Me n family always enjoy Fairfield hotel’s inside pool is fantastic for grand kids. I recommend this hotel to everyone 😍

Super clean. Very safe for single travelers, and the associate preparing breakfast for strangers made everyone feel like family

Check in was amazing, the room was nice but after 10pm it was noisy above us. My kids slept right through it. The pool was amazing!!!

I had such high hopes for this trip last one for my kids before school starts back... Picked this hotel for it's indoor pool since never know about the weather... And it was freezing I mean first indoor pool without the heater going.... That was extremely disappointing...
