Went to see a concert with family and friends made it more relaxing to stay overnight and then enjoyed breakfast

Horrible stay! Cramped small room, AC not working properly, bathroom did not have enough soap. Breakfast was expensive but horrible no mashroom, fried egg, boiled egg. No proper lobby in the hotel. Not for a family trip at all

I am absolutely disappointed with the overall state of the room and services. I booked a holoday with my family, but it was a totally ruined because of our smelly room. I am disappointed that Hotels.com is having such hotels. I will cancel my next booking
