We stayed one night and loved it! Wayne and Olga were very helpful! My husband and I needed to book an extra night, and Wayne and Olga took the time to go through hotels, locations and prices with us. We ended up extending our stay, due to their excellent customer service. I will certainly be telling all of our friends and family about the wonderful hospitality we received at this hotel.

Loved the fact that it was an old children's hospital. We even met someone who was born there!

Staff was amazingly helpful and hospitable. Good feeling of being among friends. This is what I call a real boutique hotel. Like visiting your own friends or family.

The hotel offered us a very large family room where two adults and two older kids fit just fine, kids with separate beds as well! The location is close to the Royal Mile, but just far enough away to be in a quiet part of the city, with normal places to grab a bite to eat and two nice grocery stores to grab "cheap" breakfast food and snacks. I have a few logistical issues to solve with my rental car (problems with the rental company) and the hotel staff was very helpful in dealing with the rental company and the car pickup. Whenever I had a request, the staff was very helpful and were wonderful to work with, one of the few times I was never apprehensive about asking for help since it seemed the hotel staff enjoyed helping people enjoy Endinburgh.
