We were only in the hotel for one night. It's very close to the tram and the train station. Plenty of delightful restaurants about. The room was nice, but small for a family of 3.

Service was good, hotel located on quieter side of city but still walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were fairly large (extra bed fit nicely for 3rd person) and very comfortable with fridge, coffeemaker and electric water kettle. Thanks for the nice stay and breakfast vouchers for the kids!

Room was spacious enough for 3 of us with luggage. We were on the 4th floor and it was quiet. The fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and there was variety. If you didnt want the fried egg on the buffet, you could ask for scrambled eggs. Similary, you could get cooked oats. The breakfast set us up well for the day. All employees we encountered, were friendly and helpful. Our recommendations would be to put the non skid overlay on all of the bath surface, as it is very very slippery. Although we requested and received a bath mat, we still had to be careful. In addition, the glass shower door was not efficient in preventing the water from splashing on the ground, creating another potential hazzard. Those will mobility issues may find it difficult to step in and out of the bath. We would recommend a handle as well. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it. We got value for money.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. We needed various things for our five month old and found the staff were incredibly helpful in finding them. And considering our baby screamed until about one in the morning, that is saying something!.

I didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I did they were very polite. The hall and entrance are shabby and cheap. The bar is like a cafe the rugs in the hallway are stained awful However, the room is an oasis within what felt like public housing - hence the photos you see on line . The truth is the rooms are clean and nice . BUT it didn’t smell good next to the bathroom and you can hear the people in the next room! I heard the kids voices!

At over £400 for a night I expected a shower with some pressure. I also expect that they have a night manager who might actually do a walk round in the night and do something about the children running up and down floor 4s corridors at 2am. Room was satisfactory alms I appreciate the hotel milking that fact that Beyoncé was in town. I did ask to talk to someone with regards the shower but all to busy to listen.

Very good facilities, though a bit far to walk to downtown if with little children. At the time of our stay (mid May 2023). There was construction across the road which was noisy. Parking is a plus point, aside from very helpful staff and cleanliness of the property and room.

Very comfortable accommodations. We had to book late, as there was a fire at our previous booking. We were a family of 6 and got two rooms close together. Scottish breakfast was excellent! Superb bread selection including crusty baguettes, a whole grain seeded loaf & croissants. Good selection of fresh fruits. The full hot buffet. Location convenient to the Royal Mile. Staff helped us get cabs which were not expensive. Jolly Botanist restaurant just a block & 1/2 away was one of the two best we found in twelve days.

Great location for sightseeing! Close to tram or a short 15 min walk to castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and beverage Maher and Liam ( duty manager ) both deserve special mention. Both went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made sure our stay was great. Triple room worked well for 1 adult and 2 children and was very comfortable
