Haymarket Hotel

Hotel (an old town house) was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Not really disabled friendly so wouldnt recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Outside stairs and all rooms are either upstairs or downstairs. Our room was on ground floor so down 3 small flights of narrow stairs. Room was very nice but door to outside was stuck so not good in the event of any issues. The double bed creaked loudly and was hard. Daughter who was also with us (we had classic family room) said her bed was hard. Pricewise was fine as its the tattoo and the Fringe. Had a couple of drinks but was surprised that there was no Róse wine only red or white. Breakfast which ws extra was either Continental or standard. We decided against either and just hopped on a bus home.

Nice set of townhouse apartments in a very convenient section of Edinburgh. Literally right across the street from Haymarket Station. Rooms were very clean and nice. We had family of four and Suite # 49 was perfect. Ask for this one, as some of the other family rooms are smaller. Logan's restaurant is nice, breakfast generous and open for drinks after dinner. Great place to stay! One note - parking is tricky.

On arrival we were greeted with a professional service and smile, we left our suitcases as we arrived early in the morning as our room was not available so we headed out. When we returned later that day our suitcases were already in our room which was extremely clean and comfortable with great amenities on offer, the bar was great and again service provided was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants available nearby as well. Breakfast was superb highly recommend the cooked breakfast as well as the poached eggs on tattie bread.”, overall excellent and wil definitively book again and recommend to family and friends. Our stay was fantastic, staff so warm, welcoming and made you feel at home. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family and am hoping to book in again soon

A great place to stay near the city centre. Convenient for my walking around - museum of Modern Art especially. I was in a simple single room, comfortable and quiet. I did not stay for breakfast. I would recommend the hotel. But, because of family circumstances I had to cancel two nights, subject to expedia cheaper "no refunds" option, and credit for future visit would have been fair. I informed the hotel three times that i was leaving early. Plus on arrival. But when i left they were still expecting me to stay.
