Nice modern room. Pleasant staff as always. Great bed. Have stayed here for business and with family. Always good.

Staff were excellent, helpful, professional & very welcoming. Breakfast was buffet style & there was a great selection of both hot & cold, vegetarian & non vegetarian options. Excellent central location & surprisingly quiet given the central location. A family of 4 adults shared a suite of 2 double beds, it was quite small for the 4 of us. Next time I’d book 2 adjoining rooms. One small critique would be to have hooks/rails installed in bathroom for towels etc. The complementary water & biscuits in the room were a lovely welcome touch. We would definitely stay here again, staff were outstanding!!

The hotel had an extremely large party staying. We couldn't sleep with the noise, kids running around corridors, doors banging. Didn't get to sleep till 3.30am

Amazing Customer Service!! Thank you to Stacy who went above and beyond booking our train and bus tickets for our whole family. Everyone at this hotel is SUPER Friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Very clean and comfortable beds. Prime location! You can walk everywhere! Awesome!!!!
