Unfortunately we had extremely nosy adjoining family next to us which meant we had very little sleep. This took the enjoyment out off our stay for my husbands birthday

The Holiday Inn is conveniently located for the Europa Bus Station which was welcome after arriving reasonably late into Belfast International. The 300/300a bus runs regularly from Belfast International to Europa and it is then just a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, has spacious rooms, offers a great selection at breakfast and has really helpful / friendly staff. Overall, it is a great base for exploring Belfast with City Hall being a 10 minute walk (from where you can get the G2 to Titanic Quarter) and Ulster Musem being a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed 5 nights and would recommend the hotel to friends / family.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great with children and our kids loved the treat card that meant they received a treat everyday. Made their stay very memorable. The bathroom could do with updating but otherwise it was clean and tidy for our stay.

I thought the breakfast at 12 pounds for everyone over 12 was expensive esp when kids just wanted a bowl of cereal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful Family room was just a camp bed alongside a double bed so wasnt ideal but it worked out. Tv did not have bbc working which was a nit annoying

Had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre. The staff was friendly and the room - while a bit small for two adults and two kids - was clean and modern. The hotel is just steps off of Great Victoria Street and a few minutes walk to Crown Liquor Saloon which is a must see and a short taxi ride to Titanic Belfast. Located in Sandy Row, a loyalist mural on the building across the street from the hotel informs you of the passions of the neighborhood.

Arrived late at night with two young children to be given a family room with sofa bed not made up and no bedding to make it up. Phoned reception and eventually hosuekeeping arrived to make up the sofa bed but said it was broken which is why it hadn't been made up! By this point I had started unpacking so had to repack everything to move rooms with two very tired grumpy children. Somebody knew this sofa bed was broken so why was I given this room? After helping me move rooms, housekeeping gave me 2 free drinks vouchers which I couldn't use because it was now 10pm and the children needed to go to sleep. I couldn't use them the next day either as we checked out after breakfast and the bar was closed.
