This was our first time staying at the Grand Central and we just loved it. The staff were so attentive at check-in and in The Observatory. Our rooms were really lovely, spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. We definitely plan to stay here again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is way over rated, very high prices for rooms that are so basic, nothing unique about the hotel stands out to me. Definitely wouldn't be recommending this hotel to family and friends!!!!
