Room was tiny for 2 adults and 2 children. Housekeeping missed our room. Room was not very clean, there were marks in the tiny toilet. Overall, not worth what we spent.

Great location right by the riverwalk into town, friendly staff and good value for money. Multi-generational stay and all ages enjoyed the hotel, great family option. Onsite parking at reasonable cost and EV charging a real bonus.

This was our third time staying at the Novotel and we can’t recommend it enough. It feels perfect for families with young children. Swimming pool is great and it’s a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city.

Easy to travel and park at the location , nice walk towards most attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and we had no disturbance so overall rate the hotel very nice and friendly for families

Reception manager sorted out a nice room for me that resembled what I’d bought for the night…head of housekeeping is a lovely lovely lady…her staff work hard to keep the rooms clean…I will return with family…I was very grateful for a late check out…breakfast was good

This is a really great hotel for the budget. Lovely restaurant and lounge, including a small child’s play area. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and did what they needed to do.

Really lovely hotel for couples and families! Short walk to the main centre but also very handy for Ubers! Lovely bar and friendly staff! Have stayed here twice now and will stay again.
