Meeting up with family, this was the halfway point. Christmas shopping at the Swindon Outlet and family time. Really enjoyed our stay.

The accessible room was for a 92 year old. From booking to check out the staff were excellent and when we came for a family meal the staff were clearly well trained and well-led. As a Hospitality professional it was so good to see such good service in difficult trading conditions-well done!

We stayed as a family of five. The Hotel was spaceous and clean. Staff very friendly. Food and drink was fine and breakfast choices were many. Everything from buttermilk pancakes to omelets and full English breakfast, as well as buffet choices. Service was very friendly and if we needed anything this was no problem. Our son forgot his headphones on check-out and when we called, they had already been found and will be sent to us. All in all we had a very good time and a big thank you to the people at "The Churchill".
