Good stay on the whole. Only problem was at check in and the staff didn’t charge the right room rates for the right room compared to the booking and insisted on the person booked in a double room paying the rate for the family room (despite the booking being in the correct names etc)

We booked 3 rooms for us and our adult/teenage children on the way home from holiday to break our journey. Lovely clean spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy access to Swindon town centre for shopping.

Booked for two adults and an infant. Would have expected a travel cot to be provided automatically. All other hotels I have stayed at do this. No travel cots were available. Was told told there were only three travel cots in the whole hotel. I don’t think the hotel has enough travel cots for its size.
