Had a family room with my daughter and 2 grandchildren,7 and 4 for 1 night. Room was spacious and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant in the evening which had a good selection for us all and was very good. Breakfast is great there's a good choice and fresh ,my granddaughter loves making her own pancakes. Have stayed before and would again.

Due to the hotel being heavily booked with a significant number of families the breakfast room could not cope. Had to wait for table, staff were doing their best, but as a result of Easter room rate was significantly more than usual, would have expected the hotel to provide a solution. Breakfast was still being closed down at normal time.

Stayed with my husband and two children (6 Years and 5 Months old). The room was small with the sofa bed pulled out but we were literally only there to sleep and it was lovely and clean and ideal for what we wanted. Staff were really friendly - a lovely man called Ciaran was there when we checked in and provided me with some soya milk for the room as I have a milk allergy. Great location - would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Convenient and pleasant hotel. Check-in was easy once the receptionist listened to how my name was spelled. Some noise from other guests talking on their way back to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. My only complaint is that unaccompanied young children should not be allowed in the self service breakfast area - they don't understand queueing and can't reach to serve items properly, e.g. sausages left lying around!!

This is a friends visiting trip for 2 nights (2 adults + 1kid). Breakfast included every day which was enough for a simple one. Everything was not at outstanding level, but if you're looking for easy one, this is a very good choice at its value! Recommend~ We like it.

The staff / team Charmaine, Zak, Connor and Emily were great and always accomodating, made our stay excellent We knew that the hotel had no pool and gym so for what we got it was perfectly suitable for our 1 night family stay.

Used this hotel in the past for our trip to meet up with family - always clean room and good breakfast Covid has affected everything but this hotel gave excellent service under what can be trying circumstances
