The hotel was very clean, modern and conveniently located by the Arndale Shopping centre. It makes all the difference that the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Very average hotel for the money. We had a “junior suit” which had the cheapest, nastiest looking plastic sofa!! Breakfast very average so really nothing much to recommend it other than the proximity to the AO Arena

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff were amazing and really friendly particularly in the restaurant at breakfast and at reception. Rooms could have been a bit bigger for a family of 4. Also was not sure if bottles of water in the fridge were free so did not use.

Great hotel near the Arndale. Separate bath and shower were great. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean inside. Beds were average for comfort but overall it was a very nice stay. Breakfast was fantastic!

Checked into a family room in the Crowne Plaza Manchester. The room was lovely. Two double beds, bath and shower. Really comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely, a must if you stay. My only fault, which is really minor, is we stayed in room 520, which is right next to a firedoor, which banged a lot through the night, but the fire door is essential. Reception and waiting staff were friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, clean room. Our room was too small for a family of four for two nights. Bad lighting in room. Bathroom was clean and big enough, would have been better if more toiletries were provided for four persons. I found the mattress too soft and as a couple we rolled into the middle of the bed. But I do prefer a firm mattress.

Good hotel close to the Arndale shopping centre. Nice clean facilities. All the staff were friendly and professional except for one young female member of staff who was raising her voice to another colleague in the breakfast area. Although I didn't hear what was said her body language and tone suggested that she was unhappy. She could have handled the situation better and taken the dispute away from the public area. Apart from that I would recommend the hotel to family and friends,
