The room was great and the staff were friendly. There was soya milk available in the room for tea and coffee which was great. The room had a record player and some vinyls which was lovely to just chill out in the room listening to. Great selection and drinks and snacks in the mini bar which weren't to pricey for a mini bar. Loved all the little touches such as the welcom letter and treats. Bed was soft and comfortable, great night sleep for 2 tired parents escaping the kids for a get away. We picked here as the AO arena was a short walk away and there was lots of ramen restaurants close by. Overall had a fantastic time here and overal the place was nice and tidy. There was just some little bits with cleaning that may have been overlooked such as little bit of dust starting to gather on side lamps and plugs, hair pin on the floor(not mine), the purchasable flask had been used and not washed out very well and the grout in the shower could use a hard scrub. The hotel and room has some great eco friendly touches and the free food and drink on arrival set us up for the evening. Overall was a great stay and would return and highly recommend
