My husband booked us a night at hotel to celebrate my birthday! We loved the spa facilities! Our room was clean, bed was comfy, and I loved the modern look of the room! I must also add we had breakfast at hotel which was very nice as well.I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and also stay at this hotel again as it was in walking distance of train station and shopping centre

Reception team excellent especially Laura Bar staff great - the lady who worked on the evening of 02/01 very kind and helpful Young man working the breakfast shift very efficient Housekeeper again helpful and efficient Spa is an added bonus to swim and have a stearoom/sauna. Be nice if there was a water machine pool side and if there was an exclusive swim time for families the pool is small so maybe one session a day just for people with kids would be good.

TV’s in room not working & breakfast was a little pricey for a family of 2 adults & one 5yr old child. Pool & gym facilities were great for us.

We booked 2 nights/3 days and our overall experience was terrible. We needed a fridge for our sons insulin i prearranged this with front desk, but when we arrived I was asked to prove that id been in contact with the hotel. The staff then took my phone and read through my emails. Only then we were offered another room. Id booked for 2 adults and 1 child and the room given had to have a cot bed added which was put under a floating shelve that would have cause injury to my child so we had to move this. The cleaners arrived in the morning and half made the beds , they didnt empty the trash or provide much needed toilet roll.On the first night the restaurant was freezing and the only member of staff that was friendly and that could speak english offered 8 people 2 blankets. The hotel restaurant and breakfast area was freezing cold the whole 3 days .The breakfast was cold each morning and again not one member of staff could speak english so couldnt assit us. Not one time did we see any manager around the hotel. We ordered a taxi for 5 people eariler in the day while waiting over 15 mins for the taxi, i asked staff to ring them and again said 1 taxi for 5 people, only a 4 seater arrived with the taxi company blaming the hotel staff and vis versa, we decided to leave as we were going to a match and we got our own taxi We will be back in Manchester for the football matches but i would not recommend this hotel nor would we go back to it.

Room and amenities were good for the price. Hotel is a short walk from the city centre, so very convenient. First receptionist was a bit cold but other staff were pleasant. Didn't eat there but did have a drink at the bar which was a very good cocktail! Only complaint is the limited times that children are allowed in the pool, like many hotels. Doesn't make it particularly family friendly.

Using the pool with kids was great and easy, the time slots the kids were allowed in worked well for us and it wasn’t busy

Worst of Raddision experience. No room service on a particular day even after reminding. Paid breakfast was total choas. As a guest, I had no clue that certain section was for an ongoing conference.Breakfast itself was not great. Worst thing is the swimming pool which my kid was suppose to enjoy. Unfortunately, that pool even during child friendly hour was total of obscene scene from adults. Absolute disgrace.

The hotel is very clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. But because they refuse to check anyone in before 3pm there is a massive queue at 3pm - waiting 40 minutes to check in and get the key is just ridiculous. Also the breakfast team are like a Formula 1 pit crew - literally everything was cleared away by 10:01 - something I really dislike - function over service. Customer on the table next to me waited 10 minutes for a cleaned table to be made available and sat down only to find all the food had been cleared, common sense would normally mean they would get his family a breakfast but quite incredibly they refused. Bar also closes very early (10:30) and there is not much nearby.

We Arrived at the hotel around 12pm and the hotel staff was great held our luggage for us until we could book in at 3pm, We then got back to the hotel just before 3pm and our room was not ready for us so we was told to wait in reception for couple of mins but then the hotel started to get busy and we had waited 30mins for our room to be ready, the staff was very nice they let us book evening meal and breakfast there and then. The RGB Bar and grill on the other hand was dreadful staff was really nice again brilliant with kids, we waited about 15-30mins before we had a waiter take our order then promise drinks on the house, my sons meal was suppose to be goujons and chips instead we got grilled chicken cut into strips with cold corn on the cob with no sauce that we had asked for and me and my wife ordered pizza and chips which was served cold then also when asking for the bill tried to charge me for the drink.
