The hotel is conveniently located to the tube, restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, etc. Yet it is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Lovely location for both Kensington, South Kensington and Chelsea. Clean and suitable room for a city break where you need to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Only negatives were for our baby. We were placed in a room on the ground floor but had to go up some stairs to access the room which made it hard with the pram. Additionally, the travel cot that was provided as requested didn’t have a proper cot mattress and so was a blanket wrapped in a sheet, which wouldn’t have been safe for a baby due to the suffocation risk. So our baby slept in our bed with us for our stay as the bed was quite large it allowed plenty of space for her between us.

First time in London and LOVED this hotel. It is close to the tube and all the stores and restaurants you may need. We walked to the museum and took the tube from airport. It is perfect for families and the service was excellent. We will highly recommend and look forward to coming back on our next trip.

It was in a good location, lots of restaurants and pubs near by. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and I loved having the small kitchen area. It was ideal for having breakfast or cup of coffee. As it was a family holiday, being able to make your own breakfast saved a lot of money. Would definitely go back.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at The Resident. Before we even arrived we had messages regarding how they could make our stay pleasant and relaxing. Well placed and with secure parking, the location is perfect for walking to Hyde park and the Natural History museum, and only a 4 minute walk to Earls court station where the underground can get you to the centre in 15/20 mins. The room and the kitchenette is perfect for a small family when you need to rustle up snacks and drinks for children, plus the small courtyard was an added bonus. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. I would also like to mention the addition of a welcome card on our arrival. It might only be a small gesture but its these details which set some places apart. As regular hotel users I found The Resident a breath of fresh air and a little gem. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Nadler Kensingtion is a lovely little hotel steps away from the Earl's Court tube station. The staff is wonderful and our room was perfect four our family of 3 - a king bed and a twin bed. The rooms are not large but they are comfortable, air conditioned (yay!) in great condition. The staff was very helpful -great recommendations and they held my sunglasses when I forget them. We would go back on our next trip - easy commute to Wimbledon!

Great staff, wonderful decor and great location Very nice hotel , room size was great for two adults and 2 kids. Sheets and pillows were very good quality as well as the room decor/ shades and rugs. Nice small sink, fridge and coffee section in the room.. Pleasant all around.
