The Hotel Indigo is amazing in every way!!! Robert and Kamal treated us like family, as did the rest of the wonderful staff. Our rooms were immaculate and elegantly appointed, as well as very quiet and in the perfect location in lovely Kensington!!! We are looking forward to returning to Hotel Indigo soon, and would recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family! We’ll done!!! Much appreciated!!!

Last year, my wife and son traveled to London to join a month-long Trafalgar tour to visit all over Europe. They stayed in the Hotel Indigo London Kensington at Earl's Court for 4 nights prior to their trip and 3 nights after. They had a blast in London! The bellman Petar made it a point to make them feel welcome, showed them where to go, and was very caring to make sure they were well taken care of in London. This year, in celebration of my wife's birthday and our 18th wedding anniversary, we planned a three-week trip to Europe without the kids. For this special trip, we even hired a professional nanny to take care of our three kids in America so we would be free to travel. We went to Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland. London wasn't part of the plan at first, but my wife was adamant about showing me the charms of the city. She wanted to come to stay here again, to show me the English pub culture, and her favorite pie. So, we made plans to stay 3 nights to conclude our second honeymoon trip in London. To my wife's surprise, while checking in, she saw the bellman from the previous year, now promoted to a receptionist, Petar. We were greeted warmly and it was like seeing an old friend. He asked about our son, who was here last year. My son raved about this place too, saying this was not like any hotel he's ever been to. We are very well traveled, all over Asia, Europe, Australia, and America, but most hotels gave you the feeling of how uniform and mundane the room

Our family of four stayed for one night and we had a great stay. The only down side was the shower. There was no door and it was difficult to keep the water from going out into the bathroom. Otherwise, wonderful stay!
