Family trip to London in June 2024. 2 adults and 1 child from Singapore. In summary, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.
Long story cut short, prior to checking at The Bailey’s, we had a terrible experience at the Zedwell Motel at Piccadilly Circus, so what a breath of fresh air to have found a nice hotel like The Bailey’s.
The service of this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean and big. The location is absolutely wonderful because it is directly next to the subway at a very central location. There are also, lot’s of F&B (Burget King, Pret a Manger), and even a supermarket right outside. Also, this hotel is very charming with a touch of Victorian vibe, highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel, with friendly staff. Our deluxe room was upgraded to a junior suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very nice, although we did have to wait for a table on one of the mornings. Extremely helpful concierge! Our place to stay in London!

Lovely hotel. Loved the history of the building. Room very nice and clean. Location is absolutely perfect for the museums and underground. however there was one issue we had, if you are booking this hotel via expedia to include a child a spare bed is NOT included in the price! We had a unpleasent shock when at check out we were advised a bed wasnt included and it would be a further £30 for one. My heart sunk and it wasnt the start of the break we were expecting and left me feeling a bit sick at the added cost on top of what we had already paid. Thankfully the issue was resolved when a second receptionist stepped in however i wanted to add this to the review for anyone looking at staying with children. Even if youre booking for 2 adults and 1 child and add the age a bed is not included! I will be also complaining to expedia about this issue.
Despite the initial issue we had a lovely stay and everything else was perfect.

The Bailey’s Hotel is perfect. Now probably my favourite hotel in London. The room was the prefect size for a small family of three. The staff were exceptional and approachable and friendly. Gloucester Road tube station is conveniently just down the road with access to all over London. Kensington High Street is only 1 stop away on the tube. This is a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay here.

This location was perfect for a family of four with 2 teenage kids. The room was spacious for Europe and away from the more touristy areas while at the same time very accessible with a tube stop outside the front door. I would stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing and getting around. Staff was very friendly and rooms were a decent size for our family of 4. My only complaint is beds were a bit noisy and uncomfortable, but I’d highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a clean spot with easy access to all the major attractions in London.

This was our last hotel on our 2 week trip through England and it was the highlight of our trip. Without exception, staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was absolutely amazing - very spacious with a fantastic comfortable king bed. Having the Gloucester Road tube station across the street made transportation super easy, and made getting to Heathrow a breeze. The lobby was beautiful and the bar looked very popular (we didn’t get a chance to check it out). I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location next to tube station, mini markets and restaurants. Walking distance to Hyde Park and museums.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant had good food. The hotel gym was a plus. The hotel furnishings were a little tired and the rooms smaller than the pictures advertised; we upgraded to a junior suite for our 11 night stay. Overall a very pleasant stay

American family of 4 enjoyed a picture perfect holiday week at Bailey's Hotel London. The hotel, the staff, the location, the accommodations, exceeded all expectations -- not to mention the splendid breakfast. Thank you for everything. We will see you again, hopefully sooner than later!
