About the hotel

The Ridgemount Hotel is conveniently situated in the Bloomsbury area of central London. Family run for the over 50 years, the hotel is part of a Georgian Terrace that was built in the 1780's.

We pride ourselves on our hospitality and are pleased to welcome repeat guests every year. The hotel has 34 clean and comfortable rooms, 15 of which are en-suite. All rooms are centrally heated, with a digital television. Hair dryers are also provided. Hot and cold drinks are available 24 hours in the lounge.

We are centrally located - within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions (British Museum, British Library, UCL...)an excellent base for business or pleasure.

Great small family owned hotel. Million Dollar location. Walkable with almost all sights at your fingertips. Simple, somewhat modest hotel. Nice breakfast provided. Excellent pricing for this very prime location.

We stayed one night with our family and the hotel was just perfect. Great location near restaurants and theaters. Excellent hot breakfast and they allowed us to store our luggage (13 pieces!). Also they had a luggage scale so we could make sure none of our pieces were overweight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to subway and walking distance to many points of interest. Delicious breakfast and kind, helpful staff. Room was very comfortable for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Great central London hotel with friendly staff. Not a plush hotel so don’t expect 5star but perfect for family weekend in London. Very clean.
