Although our room was quite small it was adequate for our family. The breakfast was very good with a good choice. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They moved things around so we could stay there and not be moved to the apartments. Overall a good experience. Communication from the front desk is excellent

What a sad experience. Location is nice, you have the facilities you need. The windows did not close properly. But worst of all was the fact that the beds were overcrowded by bedbugs. They did not show at once as the beds were freshly made, but by the time we were going to sleep the bugs were everywhere. On us, too. I called the number provided but they did not have any spare room and I was advised to find another hotel, at 11 pm, with two kids. We were sitting in the hallway while I was trying to find a place for us nearby. It did cost me twice as much, but the beds were bugfree. When I came by the next day to deliver the keys the receptionist did not appear suprised, nor did she apologized for the invonvinience or asked if we were ok. I did get the refund.

Generally a very good weekend break. Room was comfortable but there didn’t appear to be a socket for one of the bedside lights. Full English breakfast was very good - but space was limited if several families wanted to eat at the same time. Access to public transport was easy and convenient. We would be happy to book there again.

Cute and cozy. If you are looking for a Hilton or Holiday Inn style hotel, this is not for you. If you want to feel immersed in England, it's a great choice. Stayed in the family room with hubby and 3 kids which was located on the first floor (handy with an infant). Back courtyard was quaint and a good place to relax. Excellent location, quiet but easy to get to the hussle and bussle. Decent breakfast provided every morning.

No-one alerted us about late check in you have to walk 1/2 mile down to the sister hotel to get keys and then walk back to the hotel. After a long day of travel and arriving at 8pm at night it would have been handy to know that ahead of time. The room was hot, the thermostat did not work, windows did not open and the room smelled funny. The next day we noticed bed bug bites all over 2 persons in the family! The box frames sat on the floor and the room was very dingy and dirty. Stained carpet. Wallpaper peeling off wall. Don't stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Regency! Excellent location, very spacious room with four comfortable beds for a family of four. Breakfast was tasty; I really appreciated the vegetarian options.

This hotel boasts excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. My two teenage daughters and I shared a family triple room, which was large enough to accommodate two beds and the three of us comfortably. My request to store luggage prior to check in was not only accommodated, but luggage was in our room when we returned to check in. The breakfast menu had options to satisfy each of us, including a delicious vegetarian English breakfast. I highly recommend the Regency and will stay here again.

Great location for the tube, Bloomsbury theatre and shopping. Breakfast was hot. Had a family room and the single beds were banging against the wall when the kids moved- our only “grumble!”

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Rooms clean and tidy. As a family of four this B&B was value for money and everything we wanted to do and see was within a 30min walk away. Overall very happy with our stay.
