They overbooked my room and had my family walk with all of our luggage to their sister hotel. It was upsetting that there was no compensation or even an upgrade for the inconvenience. I expected more from Marriott. The point of making a reservation is to have a room reserved. Not the best way to start the vacation I planned for months.

We enjoyed the extra space our room afforded our family. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus in addition to the kitchenette. The breakfast was top notch each morning. the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous room, suite with two double beds and 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. Very clean , staff super friendly and helpful, bit out of the way for central London about 15 - 20 min walk from London bridge station so be prepared to get those steps in. Nice night life by the hotel it seems to come alive around there in the evening. Ideal if you are a family with older kids or just adults too far out for younger kids if wanting to be near Central London.

It was a unique floor plan as we stayed in a deluxe studio suite but was spacious enough for our family of 4 adults. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting London as it is only a short walk to London Tower Bridge and Tower of London. We also visited the Sky Garden- apparently you need tickets for this attraction, however there is no charge. We went as a walk in at around 8:45am and there was only about 10 people there…lots of room, a quick elevator to the 36 floor and the views and atmosphere up there are the BEST in London-definitely have this place on you what to do list! Hotel was great overall! We enjoyed our stay!

Totally devastating experience. Being a modern family mainly using Apple Pay, we didn’t have ID and literally got turned away on Christmas Eve, despite prepaying on Hotels.com When I called their customer services, she did too and blocked them resolving it for us. The shift manager seemed to actually enjoy doing it too! When we tried to mobile phone film the terrible scene she tried calling the police ‘on our family’ and we had to run off scared! No words can explain this situation. We’re just normal folk, not some awful people. Floods of tears from a 5 & 7 year old and a serious complaint lodged. We paid for another hotel across the bridge, where we were welcomed with free branded teddies - and no ID check!
