Staff were amazing and helpful. Room was clean but a little small for 2 adults and 1 child. Would stay again!

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Waterloo station, so getting everywhere was very easy. The hotel itself was nice. Room was very small which was a little uncomfortable for two adults & child, but served its purpose. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. We did have the fire alarm go off three times while there - all false alarms. The staff handled them efficiently, but guests were not pleased it happened so often in a short period of time.

Nice hotel , short distance from Waterloo station. Felt safe in the area . Hotel was clean , modern, nice room and toiletries and plenty of options at the complementary breakfast. The waffle stand went down well with the children

Overall OK.... Nothing Special. On check in we were told we had been upgraded: That was laughable really as we were given a family room with an extra bed mad up which left us little room to manoeuvre. No USB points for charging phones etc: come on Hilton it's 2024!! Location good and Breakfast plentiful. Would we stay here again? The Jury is out on this.

It was our first stay at Hampton, Waterloo. Location is excellent. Very clean and comfortable - my main points. Breakfast basic but enough to fill you up. I would stay again and would recommend to friend and family.

My husband and I were visiting family for the first time in London. The Hampton is a Great location, away from all the crowds. Most of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I loved that they made their pastries in the kitchen. The adjoining restaurant’s food is very good too. I would stay there again.

+ good location, good rooms, n convenient location , many shopping and food options surrounding , Waterloo station is near by to connect anywhere and everywhere , - same breakfast everyday( absolutely no changes of anything ), no egg station, you can’t even order a egg even if you are willing to pay While chek in as requested since traveling with kids for adjourning rooms Akshay at reception said you have booked with third party we can’t help you and his superior and manger refuse to talk Unfriendly staff and forget helping they just want to avoid you Oh oh and no water bottles in room and no fridge or mini bar

Very friendly service, staff were really friendly and helpful. I liked that they held my bags when I arrived early. Also, about a 5 min walk to Waterloo Underground. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very cool view of the city and a glimpse of the London eye from my room. I had a family room with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Tight but it worked. Breakfast was bomb! Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, vegan sausage, baked beans, yogurts & fruits, cereals & breads. Lots of coffee & espresso options. Lots of English tea. Kept us full all day. Exactly what I wanted. Big Ben & Thames about a £13 Uber away. I’d def stay again. We loved it.
